SAPAN DHIR basically belongs to DHURI, DISTT. SANGRUR (PUNJAB) & SAMINA DHIR TO GIDDERBAHA, DISTT. MUKTSAR (PUNJAB). Both of them completed their Bachelor of laws in the year 1998 and got enrolled themselves with the Bar Council of Punjab And Haryana, Chandigarh in the year 1999 and came in to profession since then.

SAPAN DHIR started his practice initially at District Courts, Barnala, Distt. Sangrur (Pb.) and then shifted to Punjab And Haryana High Court at Chandigarh on 08.10.2000 and started working under Sh. Rajiv Narain Raina, advocate (now HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE R.N. RAINA) and thereafter on 06.09.2001, joined the office of a legendary legal luminary, LATE SH. HIRA LAL SIBAL, SR. ADVOCATE as also Sh. JATINDER KUMAR SIBAL, SR. ADVOCATE and worked under their able guidance for some time. Simultaneously, during these years till date, acquired a lot of his own practice/clients throughout India as well as abroad.

Similarly SAMINA DHIR, after her marriage, joined the office of SH. HIRA LAL SIBAL & SH. JATINDER KUMAR SIBAL, SR. ADVOCATES on 29.08.2001 and worked under their able guidance.

By now, both SAPAN DHIR & SAMINA DHIR  have dealt with all types of litigation and corporate works including civil, criminal, tax, arbitration, rent, service, environment, writs, company, matrimonial etc. etc.
